Most of the elements used in the If a Tree Falls Garden at the 25th RHS Tatton Flower Show were very kindly sponsored by a Private Client and were destined to become part of their garden.
The re-imagined design sought to compliment the clients garden which contains some mature drifts of evergreen and deciduous trees. The lower and upper part of the garden receive a generous amount of sun so a lawn and seating areas were proposed with paths connecting them to the patio behind the house and through the existing framework of trees. A species rich lawn was added to the sunniest part of the garden along with a sculptural balustrade along the edge of the existing raised patio.
